Misbhave and not give the ticket and balance

today as i got a bus with the bus no HR 68-0904 Pehowa To Shahbad at 7.15 from makilpur. When i give him the mony for tickt .the condouctor take the money and cant give the tickt and not give the balance. I ask for tickt and balance but he abused and ask (tikt ka kya karoge or 1-2 rupess main kya hota hai).but i ask stricktly for balance or tickt but he trreanted me foroutside the bus.and said (kar lo jo karoge.

I usually travelled weekly till chandigarh so pls take the immidiate action for the misbehave.

Am ready to come pehowa office on saturday or sunday for the concern employ.

For the such type of emplyee pls take a very very strict steps.
