My internet connection has not been working for past last week. I tried contacting the support group but didn't get a reasonable response. this has not happened for the first time and i'm not the only sufferer of this problem. there are many but probably they are not as smart as me to lodge a complaint here. i deserve more than a working internet connection as i was able to reach here. kindly oblige.
