Not giving proper service

I am getting not proper service from last 2 years. Apart from regular complaints I get only Promises

and no action is seen. Hathway is worst service provider in India.

From last 2 months these peoples could not solve my problem of not getting service (after such along time)! These peoples don't no meaning of service.
