I m using the connection from hathway datacom pvt ltd. baroda.. first of all i had bad experience with the so called hathway company about the LOOSE CONNECTION.. last week i renewed my account and very intresting they dint forget to take MONEY from me but they forget their committements and the relation with costumers. when i paid them, very next day till today the net connection is not working. when i call them no one is response to answer. they give the answer like OUR ALL ENGINEERS LEFT HATHWAY COMPANY SO WE ARE IN SERCH OF NEW TECHNICAL ENGINEERS AND AFTER THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE OK..
no responsible person pick up their phone like MR. DARSHAN (technical manager). they think that CUSTOMER IS DEPENDANT ON HATHWAY ONLY. they dont think that customer are valuable for the company.
such a big fraud they are doing with the customers...
