I am got Hathway internet connection on 5/11, and i could not get it from 17/11. I raised the complaint on that day only and even call the customer service twice a day to remind them and even now i am not getting the service. I hope this not the manner a consumer should be treated i am frustrated and decided to go to consumer forum. Other thing i am paying 450 rs /month to them and until now i spent 150 for my pone bill and funny thing is that they don't even have a toll free number. please do help me
