I dont have internet service from my Provider Hataway Cable Company in Mumbai, India. This is a prepaid 512Kbs Blast plan. I called and lodged a complaint, and the response from the agent is that they cant help me. How do I recover my Payment. Complaint no1026736. So far they have not demonstrated the promised 512Kbps. The max I get is 128 Kbps occassionally. Please notify all member to stop paying fees to Hathaway.
