My mentor is not accept my resignation

Dear Sir,

i am Rishi Kumar emp code-R13424 working with this organisation till 1st oct. i am given my resignation to my metor on 1st nov. but he is not accept my letter. Hesaid you will do 2 months notice period for proper resignation. But in my appointment letter clearly show 1 month notice period.so you tell me what can i do.
