Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to draw your kind attention regarding the subject matter- I am Saurabh Agarwal earlier worked With HBL GLOBAL PVT LTD in MERCHANT SERVICE DEPTT. - LUCKNOW (U.P.) from 30.11.2005 to 24.09.2007 as a Relationship Officer in Kanpur (U.P.) my Emp code was - S16951.

I have submitted / despatch my PF Withdrwal from through register post on Dec 11 but still I didn't get any response regarding the same. That's why I humbly reequest you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to credit my PF Amount for the period of 30.11.2005 to 24.09.2007 in my saving Bank A/c - 115014 at ALLAHABAD BANK, MAIN BRANCH, KANPUR - 208001.

I'll be highly obliged for your prompt response regarding this matter.
