We are HBM TECHNOLOGIES, user of BSNL Landline telephone for the past 7 years our subscriber no. is 26280482 and 26212785 is located in chennai area in Anna Nagar exchange. The phone is not working since 09/07 and inspite of giving several complaints over net and calling up the exchange, no action has been taken. We inform so many time but till date it is dead... and we are paying also BSNL bill promptly every month. Due to this problem we are unable to give support to our customers. They are firing us. We are losing our business also.

2) Even there is no result after made complaint to AE ph: 26282200.
