I am Karthik. L from chennai working as a programmer. I have joined HCLCDC to learn Oracle DBA. While joining i was informed that i will receive 25% discount coupons for taking up Oracle Certification exam. But even after 6 months after joining the class, i have not received the discount coupons.
When asked to the centre head, they tell us to send a request email in order to get the discount coupon. Even after sending repeated emails they do not even respond to the emails.
The administration do not care in responding to the students queries.
