My company HCL Comnet Ltd working as a network intigrator for Punjab National Bank and looking after WAN of PNB Bank.we are monitoring and maintaining the Lease line and ISDN line of this bank since a long with co-ordination of BSNL.
My self Ashwani Pande, support engineer setting at Jalandhar Network centre PNB having complaint that One of PNB branch office at Villege Gakhal Distt jalandhar having one lease line and one ISDN line from BSNL Jalandhar and the ISDN line is not working since last 6 month. We contacted for the resolution of this matter to concern deptt of exchange more then 100 times but till July no action has been taken to reslove this issue on early basis.
They are just conveying us that it will not work due to long distance between local exchange and brancb office PNB..i.e.4-5km... but we also conveyed that it was working before this fault no. of times for long times..
We also FAX against this complaint to do the needfull on early basis but no action has been taken so far.
We request them to please give the written answer if it will not work due to some technical problem so that we can put it before your higher auth... but still nothing has been done..
We will hope that some action against our this complaint has been taken by BSNL on early basis and they will contact to the concern to do the needfull.
