Very Poor Part service & worst Response of HCL Manage

Poor parts Services & Not sufficient Recommended Engineers Staff

We have been suffering with HCL (Black PC) Parts service since first day of installation in SVNIT surat (Guj). also HCL never Provide us fast service for SERVER HW parts so we are having lots of Problem with them, and Our PG & UG students also suffer with them poor & linger service. if u listen me then i request u to plz do something action against HCL Gujarat Management. bcoz our University is Deemed & belong with Delhi Central Governments . & we are also obey IIT norms. so plz do the needful in this regards
