Ref: Increase Credit Card limit and compensate for false information given by HDFC executive.

Sir / Madam,

This is to inform, I Miss Tripti Das Credit Card no. 5243 6811 0132 9103.

On 07/19 had called HDFC customer care no. 02228564332 to inquire what should be the amount I can transact without effecting my standing instruction given to the HDFC Bank. As I had to make payment for my Gold purchase. The executive informed me Rs.57, 000/-. Due to the amount stated by the executive my standing instruction for MSEB got decline on 07/21, for which a sms was sent on my cell.

Also during cash on credit request, it was not informed that my credit limit would be blocked and it would be a DD that would be sent. I was told it would be directly credited in to my HDFC Saving A/c.

Your floor supervisor Jude Mendonsa had informed he would look in to the matter and would get back with a solution. Later he just informed that the standing instruction for MSEB which was decline cannot be reversed, not giving me any solution.

I have already paid my August due for Rs 14200/- which has been successfully debited. However the hazel I had to go through because of ONE WRONG information provided by your executive.

The other day I spoke to Mr. Sunil Alvin who promised that he will arrange a pick up for my document from home to increase the credit limit.

I’m enclosing my form 16 & 2 months pay slip. However I would like to have compensation with regards to my unnecessary calls made to customer care & for the transaction which got declined.

Customer Service should be improved & also executives should be trained well on the process of handling calls.

I would also like to inform that there was no verification call made from bank for the transaction of Rs 57, 000/-

All this should be looked at high level & action should be taken appropriately, so other customer don’t face the same issue.

Hope management would take care and some response and resolution would be provided to me.
