Respected Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that, I have forwarded number of grievance mail against Mr Bikas Shaukla, Sales Manager HDFC Bank Chowk Lucknow to higher authorities but they didn't revert the proper respond in this context.
Despite to use the proper and absolute procedure of grievance we're still in waiting for justice, The CSEs are unable to directly express their pain or problems before the authorities because of insecurities of their job.
Bikas Shulka continuously misbehaving and abusing to CSEs and buildup unnecessary pressure to work and load the extra pressure to sell the Life Insurance of 15000/- because of such circumstances number of performer CSEs resigned the jobs.
The CSEs are being called for work even on holidays which has caused great discord in family relations and there are so many sound complaints that could disclose the virtual face of this man and I better know that he has the authority to save himself but ultimately CSEs have to suffer in such painful conditions.
All the member of Sales Team including Team Leader are too frustrated and uncomfortable under Bikas Shaukla, so please kindly call back him from Chowk branch, please understand the pain of CSE.
