This is regarding an exceptionally rude and abusive behaviour from one of HDFC employees.
Today I received a call from an employee in HDFC credit card department, Golden Tower, Koddihalli, Bangalore - 560017.
That employee had called on my own brother's mobile, 9844813899.
He was asking details about a credit card defaulter and even after giving the defaulter's mobile number, he was calling on our mobile number again and again to get the details of defaulter's native address details which we didn't know. He was talking very rudely as if we were the defaulter.
I had received his call on my brother's mobile and when I said that I don't have details and please don't call us again, he abused me, threatened me to take legal action, asked my home address and then threatened me that he will come to my house and teach me a lesson.
The credit card defaulter person had done some transaction few month's back in my sister's HDFC SB account also. The executive had her account details and he used her name during conversation also and very bad abusive language for me and my sister for no fault of our own.
When I asked his employee ID, he refused to give his HDFC employee ID detail.
He gave me the below details:

I have received the call from the below number:
080- 42080341 between 10:45am to 11:15am on 03 July.
He took my office address and phone number and threatened me that he will come to my office or home and teach me a lesson.
After the call, I feel tremendously mentally harassed and depressed because of his words.
Is there any reason in humiliating a person who just had some Rs1000 SB account transaction with a credit card defaulter.
Can you please guide me how should I go about complaining about HDFC Executive Rajan.
Is there anyway I can be provided any of HDFC Bank's Senior management E-mail ID.
Or where else can I appeal for the humiliation I am going through.
