Monthly satement not received from last three months

Hi,

Since last 3 months, i havent received any statment from you bank. When i wanted to pay the bill, every time i have to call up and ask for the total amt. which is not supposed to be done.

May i requst you yo send me a copy of statement for this month and make sure to send it by postby next month.

Hope you will do the needfull.
