INCLUSION OF NAME IN THE CIBIL DEFAULTER LIST INSPITE OF FULL PAYMENT

My HDFC credit card was over due for Rs 5000 in the month of November. I immediately paid the overdue amount.

HDFC has marked as defaulter in CIBIL. But unfortunately even after payment, they don.t removed my name from CIBIL.

I have send couple of mails to their customer care department but even after 20 days, I yet to receive positive

response from them.

Please suggest appropriate authority who can remove my name from CIBIL.
