Reg: Credit Card #4346772002586781
My salary has been held up for RS 22, 000 /- in my salary account # ****** stating that I have to pay for my credit card which I was not using since 18months. I am very much disappointed by the decision taken by HDFC towards its customer. I really dont understand how HDFC thought that its customer would survive without salary for one month. Can't the decision be reviewed? I really understand that I have to pay and obliged to rules and regulations of HDFC but the decision taken is very harsh. I really appreciate if HDFC can consider my request and release atleast half of my salary post which we can rethink on the closure of the outstanding. HDFC is totally responsible for any extreme decisions taken by me or by my family in the near future (this statement is out of my agony). Request to re consider. Thanks
