HDFC Credit Card Collection Department
Collection guys is using abusing language

Hi,

I have a cc of HDFC bank, There is overdue of 2 month amount over me. I am getting call from Naresh (01141809323) collection agent of hdfc bank. He is abusing. I am ready to pay settlement amount but he is asking for full payment. Can anyone tell how can I complaint about him for using abusing language.. I want to file a case against him.

And also suggest the minimum amount to pay for 40, 000 overdue for settlement.
