MY FATHER HAD A POLICY FROM HDFC INSURANCE LTD (CHILDREN DOUBLE BENEFIT PLAN) POLICY NUMBER IS 278079. AND HE DIED ON 13/08. AFTER THAT I SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS WHICH COMPANY WANT FROM ME AND I RECEIVED THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER FROM THE COMPANY FOR RECEIVING THE DOCUMENTS. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE MATURITY AMOUNT.
WHENEVER I INQUIRIED IN GANDHINAGAR (GUJARAT) HDFC INSURANCE BRANCH THEY SAID THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE ALL THE PROCEDURE IS DONE FROM MUMBAI BRANCH. AND NO ONE PICKING UP CALL FROM MUMBAI BRANCH.AND I HAVE TO GO IN THE HDFC GANDHINAGAR BRANCH EVERYDAY.
LAST TO LAST WEEK WHEN I TOLD THEM I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT THEY GAVE ME SOME REPLY AND SEND ME E-MAIL THAT THEY ACCEPTED MY CLAIM AND DISBURSMENT WOULD BE DONE IN NEXT WEEK. BUT THE WEEK IS OVER AND STILL DIDENT GET MONEY.
SO, MY QUERY IS, WOULD I GET THE M0NEY WITH INTEREST OR NOT?
BELEIVE ME ITS A COMPLETE HARRASSMENT FROM THE COMPANY ON THE NAME OF INVESTIGATION.
