AUTO PAYMENT TAKEN WITH OUT CONSENT

Subject EC payment without my consent

Ref.: Credit Card No.4050 2820 0123 4041

Dear Sir,

Please refer my above credit card. HDFC have made payment through electronic payment without my consent. Because of this action I am in trouble. I have made payment of Rs.16, 222/- before due date i.e. on 08/05/09 vide Cheque No.748748 drawn on State Bank of India, Mayur Vihar Branch. At the same time they have taken the payment from my HDFC Bank through electronic clearing. This is not acceptable. I need funds for other liabilities. I have requested to please give back the money at the earliest otherwise my other payment (Housing Loan & personal Loan) cheques got bounced and penalties to be levied on me unnecessarily.

I have already made a complaint on phone banking today & the complaint No. is 09134033069 (Phone Banker is Dipika) at 11.20 A.M. on date (14/5/09).

Please take action immediately.
