I applied for CRITICAL CARE plan of HDFC SL Ltd (Jamnagar Gujrat). and I gave premium of Rs 2545/- and my application form to Mr Vivek Y Chauhan a Sales Devlopment manager of HDFC SL Ltd. He has now resigned and I am trying to contact him. He once said -he will not give my money. I request you t resolve this issue.
