DEAR SIR,

I AM HAVING A LIFE INSURENCE UNDER HDFC (FOLIO NO.-12031270) AND ON FEB. 2009 I HAD OWN A MP4 PLAYER OF 4GB AND I GOT A SMS AND A CALL STATING THAT I WILL BE RECEIVING SOON. BUT ON MARCH09 I RECEIVED A EMPTY BOX OF MP3 PLAYER OF 2 GB. I HAD MADE COMPLAINT TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE FROM 22 MARCH09 ONWORDS BUT EVERY TIME THEY ARE FOOLING ME BY GIVING DIFFERENT ANSWER. I HAD SEND MAIL ALSO TO THEIR WEB SITE BUT DIDNT GET ANY REPLY. BUT EVERY TIME THEY SAY THAT SOME BODY WILL MEET ME WITHIN TWO DAYS AND IT WILL BE SOLVED. THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME FOOL AS I FEEL THAT SOME OF EMPLOYEES OF HDFC STANDARD LIFE ARE INVOLVED IN THAT FRAUD CASE. SO PLEASE HELP ME OUT TO KNOW THE FACT AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
