Respected Sir/Madam,

I had taken two policies from hdfcstandardlife policy no. 10838674, 10838665 in 2006. I was not able to make the payment on time in 2009 as there was no intimation by them to me regarding it, on 30th Aug. 2010 I went to there office in Noida sec.-18, staff there told me that you make a payment of Rs. 40000/- and your account will be updated and than you can withdraw your money as the policy has matured, the lock in period of 3 years (3 payments) has passed so you are eligible to withdraw your full money without any deductions so I made the payment immediately. They told me that your account will be updated within 2-3 days but ten days had passed account was not updated so I emailed to them regarding this but till now almost 15 days have gone by nor my account is updated neither I have got any response to the email I wrote to them.

I want that people should think before investing with such people I do not know what they would have done with my money if they can’t even respond to my emails and worried about my Rs. 80000/- which I have invested in last four years.
