Waiting for My PF Since Feburary

Hi,

I have been with HDFC Standard Life from August to May in your Gariahat Branch as a Sales Development Manager.

I have submitted a withdrawal form of Providend Fund in January with your Regional Office (Eastern Region), but till now the money has not been credited on the given Bank Account.

On this issue I have visited so many times to your Kolkata (Regional Office), but did not get any proper response from anybody.

My PF NO is: MAH/8163.

Kindly do the needful immediately
