Passport Lost

Dear sir,

I am Gosai Brijesh M., i applied for passport through Tamboli Travel Agency, Bhavnagar (Gujarat) and my file No: A01247909 but till date i am not received my passport. Accroding to online passport status inquiry, my passport was dispatched on 22/04. Now, accroding to head postmaster (Head post office, Bhavnagar, Gujarat) my passport was missed by his post man, so he just informed to us.i have already write one letter to passport office regarding this issue but no reply come from there

Now in such cases what i have to do? my travel agent also dont Know about what to do in such cases.

Please help me regarding this issues and do further needful to me. There is no support from post office and travel agent regarding this issue.
