Amount has not been credited to my account

I have received a confirmation letter about my PF withdrwal but still the amount has not been credited to my account and when I check on their website the status shown is very old. And one more thing these govt officers are so bad that they never receive calls.

My PF ref no is.80087209/CashMAL78/259/3218/R.L.No.-281

and 80087210/CashMAL78/260/3230.

my PF is with Mumbai-charkop
