I HAD TAKEN LOAN FROM HSBC MY LOAN NO IS 166101733872 (PERSONAL LOAN) THE ISSUE IS THAT AS PAR MY BANK RECORDS AND BANK STATEMENT MY ECS CLEAR ON 10 FEB.BUT I WAS RECIEVED A CALL FROM HSBC CALL CENTRE THAT ECS IS BAUNCED. THEY REQUEST ME TO DEPOSITE THE LOAN AMOUNT. I WAS GIVEN THEM LOAN AMOUNT BY CHEQUE. BUT WHEN I CHECK MY BANK RECORDS THEY SHOWS THAT MY ECS AND MY CHEQUES BOTH ARE DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT THEIR CALL CENTRE THE EXCUTIVE MISBEAHVE WITH ME . WHAT CAN I DO AGAINST BANK I AM REALY UPSET . I NEED CLEARIFICATION IN WRITTEN FROM BANK AND I NEED MY MONEY BACK. HOW CAN I MAKE PARTT IN CONSUMER COURT
