Didn't get My father's PF

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Sandeep Anumalla, my father's has applied for PF in aug. My father's account is in Maharstra Bank (Worli Poddar branch, opp: Poddar Hospital). But your PF office has been sent checks for this PF amount to Maharstra Bank (Worli Naka Branch). So, they have rejected the checks in their branch. This is truly PF office fault. Since, then there is no information about my father's PF.

Please let me know how to get this PF amount.
