Spares part parcel sent to Vijay Enterprieses, Aurangabad by Hercules Hoists Ltd. - Bajaj Group co., Khalapur (Khopoli) vide Inv. No.3812 Dt.28.12.2009 thru. Trackon Courier, Khopoli Branch agst. Docket No.168880975 Dt.28.12.2009.
As on today i.e. 25.03. parcel not yet received at Vijay Enterprises, Aurangabad nor returned back to Hercules Hoists Ltd., Khalapur.
No any communication regarding above parcel by Trackon Courier with Hercules Hosits nor Vijay Enterprieses.
Kindly look into this matter urgently and solve the problem earliest.
