Problem in Fund Transfer thru net banking

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am facing problem in fund transfer thru net banking from HDFC Bank to other banks.

This problem i have told to HDFC Bank, Haridwar but reply is not found satisfactory.

During transiction i have received below instruction:

"We are anable to carry out your instruction, please contact bank"

But no response received from HDFC Bank, Haridwar.

They are saying, call to customer care & Customer care officer said contact to bank.

Please look into the matter.
