Please refer my regd. letter dated 15-6 & 11-7 (enclosed). I am very sorry to write again that I am very much disappointed to see your attitude to resolve any solution on my complain. As well as I already contacted to Mr. Naresh Kakker Prop. New Gen System, Bathinda.
On Monday Madam Aasha said that we do not have time to look in to your complain & talk me on Wednesday. Today, when I contact at your office at 12 O’clock then Madam Aasha gave me rudely reply by saying her company did not care about my complain & forget about the UPS .
Here I would like to remind you once again that I purchased the Compaq Desktop SG3540 IL on 10-01 from New Gen System vide bill no. 962 of Rs. 24350/- with the assurance that within four – six weeks I will get both of my gift after paying Rs. 999/-, the same amount was debited from my account on 30-01. & after three months I received only one gift that is all in one Printer, along with a promise that after one week UPS will be supplied but after four – five weeks I received a broken UPS which was refused to take by me.
Now, it is my third & last reminder to you sir, with a hope that you will be definitely & seriously look into the matter & will send a UPS immediately to me because I have already suffered the lot of loss and mental agony with your dealing.
