BLACK BORDER COMES IN THE MIDDLE OF HP LASER PRINT OUT

Dear Sirs,

I purchased HP Tonner Cartridge 12A and the second day a black border (1 inch width) came vertically in all printouts. i check the cartridge and change the same in another printer, but the same problem still exists. please give me a solution.
