I sudeep bhandari this side wud like to bring to ur notice
about the problems i have faced at the customer care center okhla
and the workshop behind chandiwala institute of HP. The list of problems faced by me goes like
1. no feedback of my machine either through phone or sms even from HP's side.
2. no picking up of calls wen i being customer call them.
As it becums ur Duty to inform me and not my duty wen once the laptop is given to the service center to keep me informed about my machine.
3. no proper coordination between the people of workshop and the service center
4. delay in giving my product back to me so i keep loosing my warranty and no extension automatically even if the laptop
hasbeen with the HP workshop as there is no part avalability or any sort of undue delay which is highly not exceptable.
5. mishandeling of my laptop and all the screen and the my borders of the screen are scratched and wen quetioned
they are unanswerable.
6. usage of harsh and language wich is not at all tolerrable and is giving a bad name to HP not the customer
7. 5 times motherboard replacement has been made in an years time.
no extended warranty given to me for my machine.
I know we being your customer is the weakest as we have no option left or any higher authority to look after this matter seriously
and take a great step in making the system of adminstration. I dont even know as i dont have any surety or gurantee
that this mail would even be taken in consideration or not but still the loss which has been caused on part of HP is highly shamefull
and needs to be talked over.
So this is a letter of my feedback to u about
1. the undue delay on your part
2. damages and mishandeling to machine on your part
3. loss of my machines warranty as since the time i got this laptop its full of errors not from my side
and then wen sent for repair the machines are not even despatched even if the are lying with HP
4. and lastly to teach the HP administrators atticates i mean professional ethis in dealing with their customers
HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY services and i m definatoly sending u a legal notice in regard of defamation, undue delay
and misbehaviour on HPs Part.
