I have bought Laptop Warranty extension package in February for 2 Years from CONVERGENT TECHNOLOGIES-BANGALORE Authorised Hewlett Packard Service provider. They have emailed me that my Laptop warranty is about to expire and if i want i can get it extended for 2 years. After paying them all the charges for Warranty Extension for 2 years they have just extended the warranty for one year as seen from their Certificate. When i contacted them they said it will be done is short while. But it was not extended. I was regularly calling them to extend the warranty but always they use to give me weired reply. I told them that give what ever is the reason for not extending the warranty in Writing bu they are not willing to give the same. They are talking very rudely with me as they think that they are doing any favour to me. I also approached HP to sort out the issue but they were unable to take any action. They are just giveing metal torture to the customer.
I request you to kindly help me out to get the warranty extended for 2 years as promised.
