Late delivery of LPG

I am P Haridas My Con. No 1589, I had booked for a Cylinder on 18/08. (after 27 days) I received last Cylinder on 23.07.2009. Today I called the agency (Preethi Gas, Kuthiathode, Cherthala, Alappuzha Dist.) The agency informed me booking only after 30 days and delivery after 40 days. Now 33 days are over . kindly give correct guidline of supply intervel.
