I too had a bad experience when I went with my family too Lonavala which was very first experience. Only 1 small room with 2 beds & i Washroom was alloted when i visited with my family of four. Whatever was explained to us during Seminar was the other side to convince to become Members. Really We are repenting & crush our that bad moment which inspired to become Member. Even three time booking was refused for some or other reason. If at all they are courteous they should refund the money.
