We have purchased a water purifier from the Civil lines Jaipur office of the company - Himalayan Natural Water Technologies Pvt. Ltd., on 14/10 vide bill no. 007 for a sum of Rs. 14000/- The product code is OP/100003.
We are very sorry to say that we are facing problems with this purifier since long. and also reported the same earlier to Mr. girish at the contact no. 09258066652 provided to us for any service related query.
The said Mr. Girish never responded and now he is not picking up the phone.
we have request the company officials to look into the matter & intervene and to contact Mr. Kailash Taparia @ 09414195991 / 09829232760 for details.
But inspite of reminder in writing through mail also, we havent received any reply from them.
