Respected Sir/Madam,
We all know about Hindalco, situated at Belgaum, Karnataka, its one the well known and well established organization in India. We hereby would like to bring to your kind notice that that one Mr. Vekatesh. R.Bagewadi-Manager Stores, is spoiling Hindalco’s name one side and playing with innocent’s life on other. Mr. Bagewadi was one of the corrupt personnel in Hindalco at present, we would like to bring to your notice as follows:
1) Mr. Bagewadi bought Barrel unloading machine, but till today its of no use, but Mr. Bagewadi servicing the machine and paying thousands of rupees for that.
2) Every Saturday all party’s meet held at Mr. Bagewadi’s office, without fail.
3) Mr. Bagewadi is not punctual towards his duties and he uses company’s vehicle (Bearing vehicle No. KA22 V1919) for his personal use.
4) Mr. Bagewadi is invested huge money in share markets and for that he always misuse company’s computers and net for online trading.
5) He always pressurizes the engineers for bribe, and he is not responding to the engineers necessity’s.
6) Every Saturday he is washing his personal vehicles and harassing contractor, employees for that, even personnel department aware of this.
He is said to be man of principles, but its not true, everyone in Hindalco Industries knows about him, but no one dare to reveal the truth, because Mr. Bagewadi is having high level contacts, so, everyone stays mum in this regard. But now its unbearable for us to handle situation.
Above all Mr. Bagewadi is responsible for –
I) Its found that many active materials is made obsolete and the same materials department have to purchase as direct delivery, by making material obsolete and reducing inventory he has taken promotion, but the life of our engineers is made horrible.
ii) Many emergency materials like Audco Valves, Safety materials are no-stock, when department informs the party, they say stock is not available, but Manager Stores informs the party with an hour these materials is delivered in the plant (Initially stops the work, try to be hero by getting the material)
iii) Repaired angle valves, Audco Valves are send to the fixed party’s only, angle valve only primer is painted on the material and crack are covered, few months back same incident was repeated when these person was serving at Engineering machine shop. Above said valves are of not good quality, and most materials are procured only from Suyash, Katwae and Mars Engineering, Belgaum, other vendors are not be given any opportunity, because of internal settings.
iv) He behaves likes he is whole and sole of the company, he is not allowing for material checking to Engineers.
v) Mr. Bagewadi’s lavish life style, weekend party’s, investment in share, etc automatically indicates itself that he is corrupt officer, no need to explain.
It’s the only half portion of Mr. Bagewadi’s scandals at Hindalco, Belgaum, we go on writing it will on on and on up to 8-10 pages, but we hope this is sufficient to take severe action against such corrupt employee, because of such people our company is facing losses as well as goodwill.
Whatever we are mentioned above is all true about Mr. Bagewadi, if you have any doubts regarding this, we will request you to keep eye on Mr. Bagewadi you people will know everything about him within 10-12 days.
