PF Amount not received

Sir my PF account no MH/BAN/40156/4215, till now i haven't received my pf amount. Please do necessary steps. In claim status showing it as "Your Claim Not Received by this Office! "

Sir let me know when my PF amount received to this id "[email protected]". Or let me know how to proceed on this.
