I mr. anil kumar rai applied for home gas delivery at Usha Gas Agency, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and now it has been more than a fortnight that the gas has not been delivered.

My consumer card no. is-608788

I urgently need the cylinder and now i am unable to get it despite several reminders.

I hope u will look into the matter and take some appropriate steps to ensure the ontime delivery of gas cylinders to the consumers.
