Non delivery of cylinde

I ms meena kumar residing at vasai had booked a cylinder on 9th sept, but still was not delivered till 25th sept and we had to personally go and get it, they told us they will deliver it within 10 days but there was no sign and i tryed dailling 952502382308 this nos but always busy, now i don, t know how u will see the complaint but since m a working lady i have no time to get the cylinders but then had to leave and get it... my consumer no 619477... i hope u will help
