I have tranfered coneection

I have transfered connection from MAHAD to SATARA before 3 years. But that time not registered to satara.now i want to register it, but transfer certificatevalidity is 90 days.(I was unknown). My deposit is at HP gas company & empty cylindrer is with me.& they stoped new connection. Now what to do? At satara they are saying validity end.
