I have booked the kit for replacement personally entering in their register as their phonelines were not working. This has happened on 3rd Novemeber 2008. The person has promised me to deliver by same date. But unfortunately till date they have not delivered. I am surprised to see such a long list of complaints on poor after sales service. Then why they are not improving the same. When they deliver the kit? Is there a better way to complain to them. Please help. It is purely waste of time and resources. If they cannot meet the demand, they should declare in public that they are incompetent and hand over to third party for the service part of it.
