Dear Sir,
I have purchased your New Pure it water filter from your Vizianagaram dealer. It works simply superb. Now the kit which was supplied with the filter is showing 85% red. The shop owner has promised to call any time for replacement of kit at the time of purcahsed. I am not in a position to go personally collect the kit from him. Then i have called to the dealer for replace ment of the kit. He wrote down my name and telling lies every day. when he is charging price for kit why he is not interested to replace. 20 days already gone. No reply for his end. what to do. Am i did a mistake to buy the water filter 0r any payment due from my side. I have paid Rs.1600/- . What is the reason for delay. he is not interested to change, shall I file the case against the dealer? Please give the suggestion.
