Late delivery of LPG Gas Cylinde

I have a HP LPG Connection. My Consumer No. is 701947. I booked gas on 10.01.2008. It was told to me that the cylinder will be delivered to me within 7 days. However, 14 days have gone by but I have not received the supply. I have been continuously following up with the Agency (Tyagi Gas Agency: Tel (0120) 2779744) but to no avail. Today also they told that it will be take 2 more days. Anybody is there to help please?
