I am a Doctor, Hyderabad. I stay at Lakdikapul Hyd. I booked a new gas connection in the month of January in the name of Dr. Nadeem Ahmed Qureshi R/O 11-4-651/A-312 Express Apartment Lakdikapul Hyd. Unfortunately the booking number was misplaced by me, several times i visited the agency but instead of assisting me they are telling me to get the Booking receipt number that i cant provide it so kindly i request the matter to be looked into and make arrange ments for me to issue gas cylinder conection with my agency situated at Vijaynagar colony Hyderabad. I have one more suggestion, they can create a website and make their customers to check their ststus of new booking connection/ book gas cylinder online.
