NON DELIVERY OF SECOND CYLINDER

I have approached to Bathinda (punjab) Gas Service power house road, Bathinda having phone no. 0164-2240456 so many times for delivery of second cylinder against my consumer no. 709585 SV no. 1005690 dated 08.11.2004 but gas agency did not bother to respond. Please look into the matter.
