I am a senior citizen living in Moh. Thagelan, Jalesar; My consumer # is 607221 .

I am facing a big problem for gas to get the home delivery from begning.

Sir, please tell me that a consumer who have no own means to carry the 30 kg cylinder. How can gas refill reached to residence.

He charged at godown Rs. 296.00 (home delivery rate) instead of Rs 284.00.

The Manager of Jalesar Branch is so corrupted and most of quota of gas has been black marketed at the rate Rs 400.00 or more by him and his agents.

And ignore the needy consumers.

No home delivery is made by the RAVI GAS SERVICES, JALESAR, Distributer Code=737450.

At the time of gas booking he is forcing to take a rubber pipe by charging Rs. 200.00 .

when consumer say that we have no need to take the rubber pipe then the booking in charge "Say that that there is no booking of GAS until you will not purchase the rubber pipe".

He has not obeying the guidelines of company, "The booking of gas on telephone"'

Mr. Prem Chand Sharma and his associates are very misbehaved have no way of talking to older person.

So please take actions about it and stop the malpractice of gas agency.
