Delay in delivery, phone is rarely responded

I stay in Nalla Sopara, Vasai and have HP connection from Nalla Soppara. The phone rarely works (0250- 2401808, 0250 2402215).

When enquired regarding the phone problem, they say it is always busy for customers... To request for the cylinder takes three to four days due to phone problem... and the one week to ten days for the delivery..
